I always had the pleasure of seeing Mona and the women twice as I would see them at my mom's and then at Aunt Betts's house in the old days of taking turns of home hosting the card parties.   Please accept my deepest sympathy. I have only fond memories of our "old" neighborhood and Mona is a big part of those memories. She always had a smile on her face and kind words whenever I saw her and never minded when we would walk into her house unannounced or pound on the piano in the basement.   My heart goes out to all of you. I always thought Mona was a great lady and especially a great Mom. I have great memories of being at your house many many evenings after diner. I always admired her for being able to cook for so many people and her house was always so nice. She made us feel so comfortable and we had so much fun staying at your house overnight. I know we had to be "pests" sometimes but she always made us feel good about being there. Also she was the best neighbor anyone could have. You have my deepest sympathy.
