Dear Wanda, You have our deepest sympathy at this very difficult time. We have such good memories of our visit with you in Florida. We became aware of Mickey's passing too late to pay our respects at the visiting hour. Your family and friends will be a comfort to you in the days and months ahead. We just wanted to let you know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. Kay and George Mascio

Wanda and family, We were so saddened to hear of Mickey's passing. We have such fond memories of him at Mickey's Market for so many years. Our babies grew up shopping there....going from sitting in the buggy to shopping for food for college. Visiting Mickey's Market was like visiting family. Everyone knew your name, your parent's name and your kid's name. How blessed Weirton was to have Mickey's Market. Please accept our deepest sympathy and know that others share in your loss. Dear Wanda and family, You have our deepest sympathy. We always loved talking to Mickie while shopping at Mickie's Market. He always had a kind word or gentle smile and a wonderful laugh. Weirton lost a good friend when he retired from here. We will remember him always and will always refer to the building on Pennsylvania Avenue as "the old Mickey's Market."

Wanda, I am so sorry to hear about Mickey. He was my all time favorite boss, and he taught me so much about work ethics. I would not be where I am today if not for him. (I am a cook supervisor at Mountaineer Casino.) He was a good man and I am so grateful for the time I worked at Mickeys Market. It was the best place in the tri-state for meat, and he made it a place that even the customers felt like family. Please send my condolences to Jerry and Karen, and their families. We have lost a great man, and he will be missed. Wish I could be there, but he will always be a true mentor to me. God Bless you all. Robin Riggs
