Mildred I. Goddard, 87, of Wintersville, Ohio passed away unexpectedly Thursday, May 29, 2008 at Trinity West. She was born February 18, 1921 in Colliers, WV a daughter of the late John J. and Iva Forester Hill. She was a homemaker, loving mother, grand, great grand and great great grandmother. In addition to her parents, Mildred was preceded in death by her husband of 33 years Albert Leonard Goddard on January 17, 1973; son-in-law Kenneth C. Musgrave; great grandson Kenneth Albert Musgrave; great granddaughter Tiffany Ryan Fair; sister Iva (Toots) Cribbs and brothers William, Earl, Howard & Eugene Hill. Surviving are her daughters Carolyn Lee Musgrave of Rockville, MD and Sandra Kay Goddard of Wintersville; three grandchildren Susan Ann Musgrave, Kenneth Charles (Jean Marie) Musgrave & Debra Lynn (John) Fair-McCormack all of Maryland; six great grandchildren John Robert Fair, Kristopher Goddard Fair, Sierra Susann McCormack, Michelle Marie Musgrave, Sandra Leigh Musgrave & Kenneth David Musgrave; one great great grandson Brian David and several nieces & nephews. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home on Saturday 6-8 p.m. and Sunday 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. where services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday with William Hill, her nephew, officiating. Burial at Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Jefferson County Red Cross, 81 Talbott Dr, Wintersville, OH 43953

We were so sorry to hear about Mildred's dealth. I have so many good memories of going to her house and playing with Carolyn. We especially liked the Christmas displays that were seen every year.
