Mildred E. Wheaton, 85, of Richmond, Ohio died Tuesday, November 28, 2006 at her son’s home. She was born July 18, 1921 in Avella, PA a daughter of the late Nikola and Sava Munjas Drazich. Mildred was a member of Holy Resurrection Serbian Orthodox Church and Sveta Petka Kolo. Preceding her in death were her husband Clarke E. Wheaton, Sr. and sister Mabel Drazich. Surviving are her son Clarke E. (Jacqueline) Wheaton, Jr. with whom she resided; daughters Constance (Jerry) Clark of Missouri, Carol (Bill) Monroe of Florida and Rebecca (Glenn) Schultz of Mingo Junction; numerous grandchildren and sister Dessie Prica. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home on Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. where services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday with Very Rev. Rade Merick officiating. Burial at Fort Steuben Pomen 7 p.m. Thursday Memorials may be directed to Holy Resurrection Church or Charity Hospice.
