Though the years took us in different directions, Fel (Mike) was a large presence in my life for a time. We met on the school bus in Jr. High where he terrorized everyone and so I would stand up to him. That's when we met! The bus driver would stop until he got off! 😂 Then he was just part of a large group of kids in HS we both were friends with, so we met again. This time he became a friend. We had a lot of good times in HS! Great memories. We lost our minds and briefly dated, but we were both waaay too scrappy! So we were mad at each other for a bit, but made our way back to friendship. Then we both attended Akron University after HS, where I saw him play many games. I was very proud of my friend. We even lived next door my second yr there, so we saw each other occasionally and hung out. During our early 20's, we'd run into each other at home during the holidays as I'd moved to Ga. I really didn't see him for a long time, until I joined FB in 2012. We private messaged a few times to catch up, and it was like no time passed. I knew his pain from losing his mom, was profound. I wish I could've taken it away. It's taken me a while to even write this, as I was supposed to go to the reunion he attended a few days before he was hospitalized. We'd messaged abt who would be there. Last minute I couldn't come. I just don't do well with this, I wish I did. I've been in shock, honestly. I think about it every day. It's so hard to believe, esp when ppl who are larger than life pass away. Rest easy Mike. I hope you're with your mom again. I'm so sorry for his family's loss. Much love, from an old friend. I'll always remember you as you were in our youth. (I'd post a pic but they're all in storage). ❤️ 💪🏼

Mike transitioned from generation to Transmission by joining the 2015 class of new recruits. Being at the right time/place to work with Mike, (we)the entire class benefited from Mikes experiences with ways well beyond traditional learning. Life is full of moments that we look back on, and smile from memories in those moments it created. I am forever thankful for the opportunities and experiences which help to mold who we are. Mike, you will always be missed, but never forgotten, for its those moments that we carry forward forever lasting. Mike, you were more than a co-worker, you were that one who helped everyday forward, better than the last, we are thankful of everything we learned from you.

I worked with Mike, the past few years. He was a great friend and co-worker. We shared many stories on keeping all our many cars, tractors, and other four-wheeled vehicles running. He will be greatly missed.

Fel was a Golden Warrior and one of the very best linebackers in Wintersville High School's history. He also had a nice career at Akron for the Zips. I mention this because he loved sports and loved to compete. He was a bruiser but if you got to know him, you knew right away that he was a really good guy who cared about the people around him. Some people are just born leaders and that was Mike Felsoci. Fly high brother.

Uncle John, Mikayla, and Persephoni: We send our deepest sympathy to each you. Mike will be missed by all of us. He was such a sweet, fun loving guy who gave such great hugs. We are so lucky to have such great memories of all the good times together even though we lived miles apart. It was great he made it to our family reunions and we got to spend that time with him. It warms my heart knowing he is now together with Aunt Pat, knowing he missed her so much. Sending our love to you all and again you have our deepest sympathy.
