Michael Lee Clancey 34 of Wintersville, Ohio died Friday. He was born in Steubenville, Ohio on December 26, 1969. He was an employee of Weirton Steel Co and a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Michael was a 1988 graduate of Wintersville High School and J.V.S. Technical School as a welder. He was preceded in death by a brother Richard A. Clancey on March 4, 1989; maternal grandparents Cicero and Stella Elliott; and paternal grandparents Bernard and Edna Mae Clancey. Surviving are his parents Robert F. and Beverly A. Elliott Clancey of Wintersville; sister Cairn (Jason) Marsh of Wintersville; nephew Jared Marsh and numerous aunts and uncles.
