Obituary For Michael J. Bowman

Michael J. Bowman, 61, of Wintersville, Ohio passed away Thursday, July 30, 2020 at Trinity West in Steubenville, Ohio. He was born November 1, 1958 in Wooster, Ohio, a son of the late Kenneth and Ruth Householder Bowman. Michael proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy and was a member of the Disabled American Veterans. He retired from Lowe’s Home Improvement after spending many years as a Maintenance Supervisor at Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corporation..

Michael enjoyed watching football, especially his beloved Cleveland Browns.

Michael is survived by his loving wife, Mary Hupp Bowman; three daughters; Kristina (Jason) Stoner, Janet (Eric) Scott and Sarah (Jeff) Anderson; seven grandchildren; Quentin, Cooper, Carlo and KayCee Potenzini, Jorja Anderson, Jonah Stoner and Jase Scott; two sisters; Karen (Gordon) Ruth and Robin Bowman and one brother, Dale Bowman.

All services were private.

    To ALL of Mike's family ~ Our deepest sympathy...I've known Mike since he was just a little guy growing up in Rowsburg, even babysitting for him and his siblings.  He grew up to be a really neat guy, always funny, kind and sweet.  I know he will be missed by many.  RIP Mike  !
