Maurion K. Brooks, 80, of Mingo Jct., Ohio passed away on August 12, 2025 at Trinity Medical Center West. She was born March 12, 1945 in Mingo Jct., Ohio a daughter of the late Albert C. & Ruth McGinnis Coffman, Sr.
Maurion loved her grandkids and held them very close to her heart. She had a passion for baking and cross-stitching.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers Larry, Albert, Jeff & Richard Coffman and sister Sherry Noble.
Maurion is survived by her sons David C. Brooks and George H. (Cheryl) Brooks III, grandsons Chase & Cody, granddaughter Casey Brooks and great-grandson Atticus.
Maurion’s family would like to extend their sincerest gratitude to the staff at the Carriage Inn of Steubenville for all the care provided to her over the last five years.
Per Maurion's wishes there will be no services. Final arrangements are entrusted to Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home.
