Dear Virginia and family,Although I knew Matt had been hospitalized several times and had dialysis in the past few years, it's still sad to hear of the loss of a classmate. Your many years together as husband and wife will give you many happy memories, as well as your children and grandchildren -- Matt emailed proudly about them quite often while he was still able to do so. He also shared good recipes sometimes, even including photos at times. You have a loving family to surround you, Virginia, and I am sure you will all draw strength from one another as well as the Lord, who will protect and guide you in the months ahead. With sincere condolences,Kay Lisle Hainesklislehaines@aol.com

Sorry for your loss. Mourning the loss of a dear loved one is always a difficult time. May you find comfort in the knowledge that God feels for you in your pain. He invites you to "throw all your burdens on him and he will sustain you" in your time of grief, because "he cares for you." (Psalms 55:22; 1 Peter 5:7).
