Mary P. Macre 94 of Steubenville, Ohio passed away Saturday, May 14, 2016 at Villa Royale. She was born June 12, 1921 in East Liverpool, Ohio a daughter of the late Joseph & Rose Caputo Marrelli. She was a member of Triumph of the Cross. Preceding Mary in death were her husband John T. Macre; son-in-law William Nurczyk; three brothers Charles, John & Virgil Marrelli; and sister Theresa Brandon. Mary is survived by her daughter Victoria J. Nurczyk of Steubenville; two grandchildren B.J. (Aubrey) Nurczyk and Jean Ann (Jake) Showalter; four great grandchildren Nicholas & Julia Nurczyk and Madeline & Jacob Showalter; many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville, Ohio on Tuesday 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Funeral liturgy with mass 1 p.m. Wednesday at Holy Rosary Church with Rev. Thomas Nau officiating. Burial at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Vigil services 3:45 p.m. Tuesday.
