Mary M. Cacic Sciarra LaFrance 85 of Steubenville, OH died Sunday, July 27, 2003 at Hillcrest Manor, Washington Courthouse, OH. She was born in Steubenville on February 17, 1918 a daughter of the late Dragon and Stana Restovich Cacic. She was a member of Holy Name Cathedral, Steubenville. She was preceded in death by her 1st husband Samuel Sciarra and her 2nd husband Ernie LaFrance, brothers Mix and Donald Cacic, sisters Daisy Cacic, Mildred Kalvin, Sarah Tardugno and Violet Rosta. She is survived by sons Frank (Rose) Sciarra of Steubenville, OH and Charles (Elaine) Sciarra of Middleburg Heights, OH, daughters Nancy Glatzer of Oaklahoma City, OK, Diana Harmon of Weirton, WV and Rose Mary (Ronald) Pate of Wintersville, OH, 13 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Rd., Wintersville, OH on Tuesday 7-9 p.m. Funeral liturgy with mass will be Wednesday 10a.m. at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Steubenville, with Fr. Timothy McGuire officiating. Burial will be private. Vigil service 8:45 p.m. Tuesday.
