Obituary For Mary Kay Hallock

Mary Kay Feist Hallock, 92, of Mingo Junction, Ohio passed away Sunday, August 5, 2018 at Country Club Manor. She was born September 10, 1925 in Steubenville, OH a daughter of the late John F. and Marguerite Sprague Feist. Mary was a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church where she was also a member of CWC and St. Francis Society. She was a member of Democratic Womens Club and the Mingo Womans Club for over 50 years where she served as president from 1980 – 1984. Mary graduated from Mingo High School in 1943 as class co-salutatorian. Preceding Mary in death were her husband Stephen Hallock; two brothers Jack and Robert Feist and sister Ruth Ocell. Surviving are two sons Richard J. (Pam) Hallock and Gary M. (Anita) Hallock; five daughters Janet (Russ) Ensell, Leslie (Ben DiFabbio) Jones, Sharon (Lee) Cowell, Mary Jo (Terry) Boehm and Sandra (Ray) Lewis; 18 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren and “soon to be” Ella Kaye; eight great great grandchildren and brother James (Betty) Feist. Friends may call at Dunlope – Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville on Thursday 2 – 4 & 6 – 8 p.m. Funeral liturgy with mass will be celebrated at St. Peter’s Catholic Church on Friday at 10 a.m. with Fr. Bradley Greer officiating. Burial at Oakland Cemetery. Vigil service Thursday 3:45 p.m.
