Mary E. Hall, 76, of Steubenville, OH died Sunday December 21, 2008 at her home.  She was born July 26, 1932 in Griffith, VA a daughter of the late Raymond A. and Pauline Dudley McGuire Putnam.  Mary was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness, Wintersville.  Preceding Mary in death was her husband D. A. Hall, Jr.  Surviving are four sons Keith A. Hall of Stuarts Draft, VA, Bruce A. (Connie) Hall of Steubenville, OH, Randy L. Hall of Stuarts Draft, VA and Terry W. Hall of Anaheim, CA; eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; two sisters Jacqueline Putnam Lamp of Newell, WV and Carlene Putnam Mays of Daleville, VA; three brothers Bill McGuire of CA, Charles Smith of SC and Alton Furbee of MD; step father Jim McGuire of CA; and nieces, nephews and cousins.  There will be no visitation.  A memorial service will be held Saturday January 3, 2009 1 p.m. at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness, Wintersville.
