It is with sadness that I send condolences to the family of Dolores Strohl. I worked with Dolores at Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel. She was a great lady and a lot of fun!

I'm so sorry to have missed coming to the visitation--however this is Thursday and I only just now saw the article in the paper.. Nevertheless, I do extend my deepest and most heartfelt condolences to the family of beautiful Delores. I became acquainted with her through the Nurses Alumni Assn. and always looked forward to seeing her smiling, happy face when I walked in the door. She always had a friendly greeting and kind words for everyone she met and leaves behind many happy memories for us all. May God rest her soul and grant her eternal peace.

A few years ago Dolores told me she was the First cheerleader for Steubenville HS, in 1941 and that she was a Nurse during WWII. She was a sweet lady and I always enjoyed chatting with her. I met her at Schiappa Library where I work in the local history room. Sandy Day
