Mary Ann McGlone, 81, of Richmond, Ohio passed away Monday, January 26, 2015 at Trinity West. She was born August 14, 1933 in Steubenville, Ohio, the daughter of the late Joseph & Anna Sohovich Vargecko. She was a member of St. John Fisher Catholic Church. Preceding Mary Ann in death were her husband James F. McGlone and brothers Paul & Joseph Vargecko.
Mary Ann is survived by her daughter Linda A. (Gene) Nichols; sons J. Michael (Robin) McGlone, Mark J. (Joan) McGlone & John J. (Linda) McGlone; ten grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville, Ohio on Wednesday 4 – 8 p.m.
Funeral liturgy with mass 10 a.m. Thursday at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 852 Main Street, Wintersville, with Bishop Jeffrey M. Monforton as celebrant and Msgr. Kurt Kemo & Rev. Jack McCoy concelebrating.
Entombment at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
Vigil service 7:45 p.m. Wednesday
Memorials may be directed to St. John Fisher Catholic Church or Charity Hospice.
