Mary Ann Frazier, 81, of Bloomingdale, Ohio died Thursday, September 14, 2017 at Lancia Villa Vista. She was born November 1, 1935 in Steubenville, Ohio. Preceding Mary Ann in death were her husband Walter L. “Fizz” Frazier on April 2, 2015; father Earl Starkey and mother Maybelle Wickham Hinerman. Surviving are two sons Mark Frazier of Bloomingdale, OH; David (Cindee) Frazier of Wintersville, OH; daughter MaryBeth (Dan) Wilson of Wintersville, OH; four grandchildren Judy Smith of Cleveland, OH, Jeremy (Brittany) Frazier of Charlotte, NC, Katie (John) Scarfpin of Newburn, NC and Lindsey (Ernie Brewer) Lovato of Steubenville, OH; ten great grandchildren Caleb Frazier, Martie Lovato, Nicholas Lovato, Ian Scarfpin, Isaac Scarfpin, Brynn Frazier, Jaxon Frazier, Leann Smith, Timothy Smith and Tamara Smith and brother Earl West Starkey of Columbus, OH. The family would like to thank the caring staff at Charity Hospice and Lancia Villa Vista for the kindness they showed mom and us. A committal service will be held 9 a.m. Monday at Fort Steuben Burial Estates with Rev. Bill Westling officiating. The family is planning a Celebration of Life at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Dunlope – Shorac Funeral Home, Wintersville.
