Much love and prayers to Aunt Sonny and family. Uncle Marvin will be dearly missed. I always loved to hear the laughter when we were all together as family. It's comforting to know that he is no longer suffering and at peace.

Sonnie, Mark, Todd, Karen and family, Please know that at this difficult time our thoughts and prayers are with you. Marvin will always be remembered as a kind, friendly, caring man who always had an interesting story that left you with a smile! I'm sure Clayton and Jack greeted him with some kind of practical joke! May the memories sustain you through the days to come and that you find solace knowing his suffering is over. Deepest sympathy, Babe and family

Steve & I are sitting here in tears talking about what a great man he was... He was always concerned about everyone else & put himself last... What a great, kind, loving, honest, friendly man he was!! He has been in our lives for almost 30 years, he's been in our home twice a week for the past 7 years picking up Steve's dry- cleaning & sharing his life and always asking us about ours... RIP our friend!!! You will be missed by all who knew & loved you!! <3

Marv was a Mingo icon. Driving in his van, picking up the dry cleaning and leaving you with a smile! He, and like those great days of growing up in Mingo, may be gone, but they won't be forgotten! Our thoughts and prayers go out to all the family.

My deepest sympathies are extended to Marvin's family. As a child , there are certain things you always remember, one of those for me was guaranteeing that Marvin would be knocking at my parents door to check on the dry cleaning. He was always very polite to us. He was a staple in our lives, even if it was something as minor as that. Godspeed Marvin!!
