Obituary For Martha E. Mayers

Martha E. Mayers, 89, of Worthington, OH formerly of Steubenville died Sunday, May 13, 2012 at The Gables in Marysville, OH. She was born in Steubenville on December 7, 1922 a daughter of the late Charles B. Fleming and Mary Francis Curry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Donald R. Mayers, Sr. Martha is survived by her sons; Donald R (Elizabeth) Mayers, Jr. and David (Elizabeth) Mayers; daughters Marjorie Mayers, Susan Mayers, and Barbara (Benton) Wilmoth; 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Rd., Wintersville, OH on Wednesday from 10a.m. until time of service at 12:30pm. Burial at Union Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to: Disabled American Veterans of America.

She was a wonderful mother who worked hard and raised a caring, thoughtful and successful family. May God wrap His loving arms around you and give you peace. Cathy
