Mark J. Malesick 46 of Arnold, MD, formerly of Mingo Junction, Ohio died Wednesday, February 20, 2002 at John Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, Baltimore, MD. He was born in Steubenville, Ohio on June 11, 1955 and was preceeded in death by his father John Malesick in 1974. Mark was a graduate of Mingo High School Class of 1973 and Gulf Coast Community College and attended Florida State University. He was employed by Ironworkers Local 16 in Baltimore, Maryland as a journeyman. Surviving are his wife B. Roxanne Beck Malesick; one son Matthew John Malesick of Mingo Junction; two daughters Alexandria and Melinda at home; and his mother Jeanette Burns Malesick of Mingo Junction. Friends may call at Hoff-Shorac Funeral Home, 235 Clifton Ave., Mingo Junction, on Sunday 2-4 and from 7 p.m. until time of services at 8:30 p.m. with Rev. Michael Bongart officiating.
