I believe I am the only person to have attended Knoxville Elementary AND Ohio State with Mark. We shared several Accounting classes together at OSU. I learned of his passing in the May/June 2011 Ohio State Alumni Magazine and found more information at the Herald-Star. I am very sorry for the lost of Mark as the world needs more people like him.

Dear Brown family, So very sorry to hear of Mark's passing. I was pleased to read all the wonderful things he's done. It was nice to get reacquainted with Mark at our 20th class reunion and have him to my home for a visit at that time and we shared a few breakfasts at Bob Evans after that. Please accept my condolances and if I'm back from Florida when you have the service I'll see you then. Sincerely, Jim Higgins
