Margaret E. Rowe Dziegielewski 84 of Steubenville, Ohio died Friday, March 8, 2002 at Trinity West, Steubenville, OH. She was born in Pitcairn, PA on June 20, 1917 a daughter of the late Walter Gibb & late Emma Gibb Fellows. She was a member of Wintersville Christian Church; Womans Club of Steubenville American Home Dept.; Community Affairs Dept. of A.A.R.P.; Cypress Twig and Y.W.C.A. Margaret was a graduate of Ohio Valley School of Nursing and worked at the former Gill and Ohio Valley Hospitals; served as Jefferson Co. Public Health Nurse and also executive director of Jefferson County Tuberculosis & Health Assn.; helped to institute and coordinate the Home Health Care Dept. at former St. John Hospital. She was preceeded in death by her first husband Harry R. “Bay” Rowe; second husband Joseph Dziegielewski; one daughter Nancy Ellen Rowe and stepfather Nelson C. Fellows. Surviving are two sons H. Robert “Robbie” (Sharon) Rowe of Weirton, WV and Minister of Wintersville Christian Church and David K. (Marie) Rowe of Steubenville, OH; one sister Ann Fach of Severna Park, MD; two stepdaughters Marie Dziegielewski Rowe of Steubenville and Elenor Hunter of Twinsburg, OH; and one stepson Joseph A. Dziegielewski of CA. Six grandchildren and four great grandchildren. There will be no visitation and memorial services will be held after the Easter holidays.
