Margaret L. “Peggy” Sagun, 84, of Steubenville died Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at Valley Hospice. She was born in Steubenville on August 14, 1934 the daughter of the late Glenn and Elsie Clark Phillips. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by infant brother and infant sister. Peggy was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church and the CWC. She is survived by her husband Frank J. Sagun at home and a devout homemaker to their children Cathy Cola, Frank W. (Susan) Sagun, Kurt (Theresa) Sagun, Therese (Bob) Zarobell and Francine (Chuck) Murphy; five grandchildren Chad, Elise and Laura Murphy, Adam Zarobell and Daniel Cola; and a brother Jack (Mary Jo) Phillips. Friends may call at the Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville on Saturday from 12:30 until the time of funeral service at 2 p.m. Msgr. Kurt Kemo officiating. Entombment will follow at Mount Calvary.

I am so very sorry for your loss. Please find comfort in God's sure promise of a resurrection as set forth in the Bible. (Acts 24:15; John 5:28,29) Those who are raised to life will have the prospect of never again being subject to misery, sickness, or death. (Revelation 21:4) I hope that reflecting on these thoughts and your wonderful memories will give you some relief during this difficult time. Â
