On the morning of December 2, 2015, Margaret J. “Peggy” Wilson went on to meet Our Lord peacefully. She was in the the care of hospice while living with her granddaughter.
She was born November 26, 1927 in Chicago, IL the daughter of the late Revs. Harry J. & Anne Barr Butcher. She was a member of First Baptist Church and preceded in death by her husband William D. Wilson in 1994.
A gracious and strong person, Peggy was well loved and will be missed by many, including her daughter Bonnie A. Smith of Canfield; grandson David W. (Beth) Smith of Steubenville; granddaughter Peggy (Pete) Ceci of Canfield; and three great grandchildren Rebekah & Caleb Smith and Kaleigh Ceci.
Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville on Saturday from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. services with Rev. Doug Neavin officiating. Burial at Union Cemetery.
