Margaret E. Edwards 79 of Steubenville, Ohio died Monday, December 27, 2004 at Trinity West. She was born in Steubenville on May 3, 1925 the daughter of the late Dallas R. and Anna McDonald Higgins. She was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church and retired from the Jefferson County Welfare Dept. Preceding Margaret in death were her husband William J. Edwards. Margaret is survived by her son William R. (Mary) Edwards of Wintersville and brother Robert (Edie) Higgins of Toronto, Ohio. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, on Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral liturgy with mass 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Blessed Sacrament Church with Msgr. Gerald E.
