Margaret C. Osborne, 81, of Cadiz died Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at the Meadows of Cadiz. She was born on May 9, 1937 in Sayre, PA the daughter of the late John and Lillian Wood Rogers. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by sons-in-law Kenny Whitson and John Ingram Jr. and Jessie and James Gordon who raised Margaret. She was a member of Wintersville Nazarene Church, former member of E. Springfield Volunteer Fire Dept. Auxiliary, Girl Scout Leader, resident volunteer at Gables and worked for 20 years at the former St. John Medical Center. She is survived by her sons Daniel (Dana) and David J. Osborne, daughters Deborah Ingram, Diana Osborne and Bonita Whitson; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Friends may call at the Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville on Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. and on Thursday from 9 a.m. until the time of funeral service at 10 a.m. Rev. Jack Klinesmith officiating. Burial at Chapel Hill, Weirton. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Wintersville Nazarene Church, Charity Hospice or to the Activity Dept. at the Meadows of Cadiz.
