Margaret A. Hock, 102, of Wintersville, Ohio died Friday, March 6, 2009 at Carriage Inn. She was born on November 17, 1906 in Steubenville a daughter of the late Frank C. & Anna J. Finnerty Fach. She was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church and a retired private duty registered nurse. Preceding Margaret in death were her husband Henry C. Hock; son Henry C. “Skip” Hock, Jr.; son-in-law Carl Cotton; one brother and two sisters.Surviving are her daughters Margaret A. “Peggy” Cotton of Wintersville and Mary Lou (Richard) Miller of Weirton; son John (Theresa) Hock of Bristol, IN; 14 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren.Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, Wintersville Sunday 4-7 p.m. Funeral liturgy with mass 1 p.m. Monday at Blessed Sacrament Church with Msgr. Kurt H. Kemo officiating. Burial at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. John and Peggy, Sorry to hear about your mother's death. I believe that I met her a few times when I was in Wintersville. She lived a long and hopefully happy and fruitful life. I will celebrate a Mass for her here at St. Paul's in Athens, OH. Please offer my sympathy to your sister.
