Margaret Aldridge Gibson, 88, of Mingo Junction, OH died Friday, October 20, 2017 at Gables Care Center. She was born April 8, 1929 in Steubenville, OH a daughter of the late George and Bertha Brody Aldridge. Preceding Margaret in death were her husband Norman E. “Norm” Gibson; sister Ruth Bradley and brother George Aldridge. Surviving are her sons David (Jo-Ann) Gibson of Mingo Junction, OH and Richard (Marsha) Gibson of Carbondale, IL; three grandchildren Stephen (Stephanie) Gibson of New Albany, OH, Shawn (Sarah) Gibson of Summerfield, SC and Anna (Joe) Baczewski of Carbondale, IL; six great grandchildren Maura, Ross, Owen and Drew Gibson and Stanley and Richard Baczewski and niece Karen Hess. A graveside service will be held at Union Cemetery on Thursday at 11 a.m. for family and close friends with Rev. Bill Westling officiating. Arrangements entrusted to Dunlope – Shorac Funeral Home, Wintersville.
