Mabel Elizabeth Starcher, 88, of Wintersville passed away on February 3, 2020 at Valley Hospice in Steubenville, Ohio. Mabel was born on December 15, 1931 in Wintersville, Ohio a daughter of the late Ralph and Rena Drayer. She was a member of the Wintersville Baptist Temple. Mabel was a dedicated Homemaker. Preceding Mabel in death were her husband of 51 years Rex Starcher; son Louis Gerald Starcher; brother Ralph Drayer; sister Della Drayer. Mabel is survived by her daughter Bonnie (Ronald) Estep of Clearwater Florida; sister Tillie Roberts of Wintersville. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville, Ohio on Thursday from 5-7p.m., where funeral service will be held on Friday at 1p.m. Private Burial.

I didn't know Mrs. Starcher well. However she will never be forgotten for her sense of humor and kindness. Rest easy sweet lady. I'd like to extend my condolences to Bonnie, Ron and the entire family. I know she'll be missed.
