Lucille V. Wells 78 of Wintersville, OH died Sunday, September 14, 2003 at Trinity West, Steubenville. She was born in Clarksburg, WV on September 22, 1924 a daughter of the late Melvin C. and Artie Fittro Hardman. She was a member of Starkdale United Presbyterian Church, Steubenville, Starkdale Woman’s Association, Unionport Chapter of Eastern Star # 360, she was also a 4-H advisor and a member of the Wintersville Civic Service Club . She was preceded in death by her husband Paul E. Wells, he died 9-27-2000, an infant daughter, brothers Jim, Denzil, Earl, Paul and Junior Hardman, sisters Iva Windon and Beulah Strother, grandson Donald Wells, Jr.. She is survived by daughter Kay (Gerald) Bezak of New Alexandria, OH, son Donald Wells of Wintersville, grandchildren Kathy (Tom) Craig, Jim Bezak and Brenay Mulkey, great grandchildren Mackenize and Ryan Craig, Selina and Drake Mulkey, several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Rd., Wintersville, OH on Wednesday 7-9p.m. and Thursday 2-4 and 7-9p.m. Friends may also call on Friday from 9:30 a.m. until time of services at 10 a.m. at Starkdale U.P.
