Louise Osz 65 of Wintersville, Ohio died Saturday August 30, 2003 at Trinity West, Steubenville. She was born in Mingo Junction, Ohio on February 7, 1938 a daughter of the late Raymond and Daisy Horner Hightland. Preceded in death by her husband Stephen Osz Sr.; son, Edward Osz; one infant son; one sister Lyda Mae Singleton; and two brothers Eugene and Dale Hightland. Louise was a homemaker and attended Wintersville Baptist Temple. Surviving are two sons, Stephen (Debra) Osz Jr. of Steubenville and Joseph (Bridgette) Osz of Wintersville; two sisters, Carol (Hubert) Woodland of Wintersville and Wanetti Taylor of Texas; two step-brothers, Danny Weaver and John Hightland both of Maryland; three step-sisters, Donna Kiaski and Debbie Monigold both of Wintersville and Monica Althar of Bellaire; 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; and several nephews and nieces. Friends may call at the Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., where funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 10 a.m. Rev. John Beard to officiate. Burial at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Steubenville.
