Lloyd H. Jones, 89, of Wintersville, OH died Thursday, November 8, 2012 at Dixon Health Care. He was born in Scalp Level, PA on February 3, 1923 a son of the late Cloyd and Stella Ott Jones.  Lloyd was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Steubenville, OH and a WW II Army veteran. Preceding him in death are his wife Mary W. Jones on June 27, 2012 and brother Claire Jones.  Lloyd is survived by two daughters Cheryl Biliuris of Warren, OH and Benja McKee of Uhrichsville, OH; four granddaughters; seven great grandchildren; sister Doris Naugle; brother Ronald Jones; sister-in-law Luella Luczko and other family members all of Pennsylvania.  Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family.  In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Grace Lutheran Church, 2105 Sunset Boulevard, Steubenville, OH 43952.
