  Mr. Hemshrodt, Earlene, Web and Family, I'm so sorry for your loss, and hope that the mourning process is soon followed with happiness. I grew up with this family and want to share some memories and good times. First, I remember Mrs. Hemshrodt always trying to get me to return the tapes (VCR) I had borrowed. Yet my credit was always good with her because I immediately took more of them. It seemed as if she suspected my poor time management. I know this because there were always "Xs and circles" on the title of the movie I took in her little spiral notebook. Another time, I specifically remember watching her reaction when Web was preparing to spray EarIene through the window screen using the sprayer from the kitchen faucet. She had her reading glasses on, cigarette in mouth, sitting on the little orange ottoman adjacent the matching Chaise lounger quietly watching with a subtle chuckle just shaking her head. I'm pretty sure Earlene immediately pulverized Web! One of the most amazing things I remember were the trips to school (St. Peters, St. Anthony's, All Saints) with Web, Christine (Crkvenac), and sometimes Jimmy (Phipps). She would smoke, ALL windows up, heat cranked, and yet magically We NEVER smelled like smoke?! It was amazing! Most importantly, I do remember the strength in the relationship between Tim and Linda. Today this relationship would certainly be the benchmark for many. I lived and grew up with Web, stayed nights and weeks in the summer, but I never saw Tim and Linda arguing or disrespecting each other. I always felt a peace and calm-loving happiness in their home. Thank you so much for the memories Mrs. Hemshrodt. I will forever love and remember you. Web, I'm thinking about you and sending all my love and energy to you and all those suffering.

  Tim, Earlene , Web, and family,So sorry to hear of the death of your loved one.. We were shocked when we saw it in the paper. Not long ago, I came across wedding pictures of Jim and I and all my bridesmaids. I was thinking of Linda then. We had some good times in DC and I will never forget them. May her soul rest in peace. And God grant you peace and comfort.
