Lillian N. Stenger 95 of Steubenville, Ohio died Wednesday, December 15, 2004 at Carriage Inn. She was born in Yorkville, Ohio on February 24, 1909 a daughter of the late Frank A. and Mamie V. Lanham Nunley. She was a member of Calvary U.M. Church; seventy-five year member of LaBelle Chapter 414 O.E.S.; 50 year member of Holy City Shrine #1 of Wheeling, WV; and a life member of G.F.W.C./O.F.W.C. of Steubenville. Lillian also held membership in International Kings Daughter and Sons; and Woman’s Club of Steubenville Civic, Fine Arts. and Garden Departments. Preceding Lillian in death were her husband George H. Stenger; son Malcolm L. “Jim” Stenger; one brother and one sister. Lillian is survived by one son Richard A. Stenger of Steubenville and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, Wintersville on Thursday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. where services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Friday with Pastor Steve Modranski officiating.
