Lillian J. “Jeanne” Horne, 92, of Steubenville, Ohio died Wednesday, March 16, 2011. She was born May 8, 1918 in Scio, Ohio a daughter of the late Guy & Kathleen Wallace Straley. She was a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church and a very active member of the Womans Club of Steubenville. Preceding Jeanne in death were her husband Charles L. Horne; daughter Naoma Kathleen Fair; three brothers Joe, Don & Hunter Straley.Jeanne is survived by her daughter Rebecca Paulat of Apollo, PA; seven grandchildren LeAnn (Robert) Carpenter, Tim Fair, Rick (Dianne) Fair, Todd Paulat, Mandi (Shawn) March, Kelli Paulat & Chad Paulat; four great grandchildren Kaylee & Sam Carpenter, William Fair & Jonathan March; and sister Mary Kay Nerland of Jacksonville Beach, FL.Private services were held and burial followed at Union Cemetery.
