LeRoy “Roy” Cooley III, 80, of Toronto, Ohio died Monday, December 12, 2022 at Good Shepherd Nursing Home in Wheeling, WV. He was born December 5, 1942 in Wheeling, WV. Roy was a member of New Somerset U.M. Church. Preceding Roy in death were his parents LeRoy & Edith Green Cooley, Jr.; wife Martha J. “Marty” Gribbin Cooley; daughter LeAnne Blanchard; infant son Patrick Ross Cooley; granddaughter Emily Cooley and great grandson Brandon Cooley.

Roy is survived by his children Michael Cooley, Sr., David (Deanna) Cooley, Edward (Candace) Cooley, Bryan (Melissa) Cooley, Joseph (Lori) Cooley, Tonya (Eric) Young, Michael (Courtney) Cooley, Jr. & Clarissa Cooley; twenty-three grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Per Roy’s wishes there are no services at this time.
