Leland D. “Doug” Conn, 72, of Wintersville, Ohio passed away on August 21, 2023 at UPMC Shadyside Hospital. Doug was born on August 29, 1950 in Steubenville, Ohio a son of the late Norris Leland & Edith Woods Conn.
Doug was an avid Miami Dolphins fan who loved to paint, play drums but most of all hang out with his canine companion Ellie. He retired after an impressive 52 years from Cleveland Cliffs.
Doug is survived by his loving wife Debbie Miller Conn; daughter Sabrina (Jim) Yeske; three sons Jonathan (Lindsey) Conn, Garrett (Jenna) Conn & Jared Conn; four grandchildren Zoe, Raina, Olivia & Abby; brother Terry (Lance) Conn; cousin Betty Stewart; two aunts Nancy (David) Rodgers & Carol (Al) Rotella and very special friends Jerry & Pat Ferguson.
Friends can call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville, Ohio on Thursday from 3 – 6 pm and then Friday from 10 am until the time of services at 11 am with Ron Retzer officiating. Burial at Fort Steuben Burial Estates.
