Kevin Lee Pownall, 52, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, formerly of Wintersville, Ohio passed away April 1, 2014 at Leah Hospital following a short illness. He is preceded in death by his mother, Linda Lee (Mark) Pownall, grandmothers Katherine Pownall and Lori Vudogrovic and grandfather Frank Pownall. Surviving are his father George B. Pownall, his twin sister Kim (Bryan) Felmet, brother Tim (Rena) Pownall, sister Kelly (Terry) Moran and two nephews Thomas and Terrence Moran. Kevin leaves behind his love, Kathy Jones and her three children, many friends and family. Kevin worked as a chef in Virginia for the past 25 years. He will be missed for his passion for politics and his love for sports. Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 19th from 2p.m. until time of memorial services at 4p.m. at Shorac Funeral Home, 611 North 4th Street, Steubenville, OH.
