Kenneth C. “Kenny” Artman, age 59, of Wintersville, died Saturday, August 3, 2013. He was born in Steubenville on February 14, 1954 the son of Bud Artman and the late Constance A. “Connie” Mgley Artman. He was preceded also in death by a sister, Claudia Kennedy.Kenny was catholic by faith and a graduate of Pittsburgh Institute of Art and worked locally as a construction laborer.He is survived by his father and step-mother, Bud and Margaret Artman of Wintersville; brother, Craig (Diana) Artman of Pickerington, OH; two nephews, Ben Kennedy and Chad Artman and a niece Liette Artman.Per family’s request there will be no services planned. Burial at Fort Steuben.
