Karen S. Pusateri, 78, of Wintersville, Ohio passed away on Sunday July 14, 2024 at Select Medical Hospital in Weirton, WV. She was born on February 22, 1946 in Steubenville, Ohio the daughter of the late Eugene & Lula Wells Battlochi. Karen was a dedicated homemaker always providing for her loving family. She loved crafts, cooking, baking and entertaining. Karen was fierce, adventurous and loved hard.

Karen was preceded in death by her husband August C. “Augie” Pusateri on April 17, 2001 and her step-daughter Rose Mary Ferguson.

She is survived by her children Denzil L. (Tracy) Jones, Todd A. Jones and his canine companion, Frag, Lesa Renee (Kenneth) Evans & Ashley Nicole (Kelly) Pusateri; step-daughter JoAnn (James) Corsi; eight grandchildren that include Gloria (John) Puorro, Kenneth (Kaylin) Evans III, Mariska Pusateri & Liam Kennedy as well as many great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville, Ohio on Wednesday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Additional visitation on Thursday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. William Westling officiating. Burial at Union Cemetery.
