Karen L. Rhinaman, 59, of Wintersville, Ohio passed away December 26, 2021 at Country Club Manor. She was born November 29, 1962 in Washington, D.C. the daughter of the late William and Evelyn DeLong Hickey. Karen worked as a Technology Teacher with Steubenville City Schools.
Karen is survived by her husband William Rhinaman, daughter Hannah (Brianna) Boyer and brother Bill Hickey.
