Julianne Isaac O’Connell, 72, of Steubenville, Ohio died Tuesday, October 18, 2005 at her home after an extended illness. She was born in Steubenville on July 1, 1933 a daughter of the late Frank and Beatrice “Patsy” Kosek Miller. Julie was also preceded in death by her first husband Abraham Isaac and two sons Mark Allen Isaac and Tony Isaac. Julie is survived by her husband James Francis O’Connell; one daughter Marti (Steve) Powell of Shalimar, Florida; two grandchildren Maddie and Ben Powell; one sister Della (Larry) Nixon of Wintersville; three stepchildren James O’Connell of Bloomingdale, Ohio, Debra Pickford of Steubenville and Kevin O’Connell of Columbus; five step grandchildren and three step great grandchildren.
