Judith M. Israel, 82, of Steubenville, Ohio passed away Sunday October 24, 2021 at The Laurels of Steubenville. She was born November 10, 1938 in Steubenville, Ohio, the daughter of the late Howard and Lorayne McElroy.
Judith was Methodist by faith and a proud graduate of the Steubenville High School Class of 1957. She served many years as a volunteer with the Pleasant Hill Volunteer Fire Department.
Judith was proceeded in death by her loving husband, Everett L. Israel and a son John Israel. She is survived by her other son, Charles (Brenda) Israel and brother Bruce O. McElroy.
Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at 11:00 a.m. with Leo Gonot officiating.
Entombment at Fort Steuben Burial Estates.
