Joyce R. Kennedy, 75, of Steubenville, Ohio, passed away on June 7, 2026, at Trinity West Medical Center. Joyce was born on August 18, 1950, in Friendly, WV. She is preceded in death by her parents, Pete & Edith Ewaskovich.
Joyce was a Behavioral Health Therapist and an avid poker player.
Joyce is preceded in death by her son John P. Kennedy, brother Mark Ewaskovich, and the father of her children, John D. Kennedy. She is survived by her two children, Carrie Kennedy & Dave Kennedy, and three grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Benjamin & Samual Kennedy.
Per Joyce’s wishes, there will be no services.
