Joyce L. Zenobile Giffin, 51, of Bloomingdale, OH died Wednesday, March 29, 2006 at Trinity West Medical Center. She was born in Steubenville, OH on December 19, 1954. Preceding Joyce in death was a son Michael Giffin. Joyce graduated from Brooke High School in 1973. She was a medical receptionist for several local doctor’s offices and a self employed hair stylist. She was member of the Unionport United Methodist Church where she served as a Sunday school teacher. She was a former Cub Scout den mother and a Wintersville High School Band Booster. Joyce is survived by her husband Gerald “Joe” Giffin; parents Joseph and June Waugh Zenobile of Follansbee, WV; son Brian E. (Kelly) Giffin of Alliance, OH; two brothers Mark (Carol) Zenobile of Wellsburg, WV and Ed Zenobile of Follansbee, WV; step grandson Kenny Rowe; and many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville on Friday 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. where services will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. with Rev. Deborah Kellar officiating.
