Joyce E. Spencer, 76, of Wintersville, Ohio passed away Sunday, March 5, 2017 at Weirton Medical Center. She was born January 9, 1941 in Steubenville, OH a daughter of the late Berne and Violet McGrew White, Sr. Joyce was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Preceding Joyce in death was a brother-in-law Walter Findlay. Surviving are her husband Phillip Spencer; children Robin Maragos of Bloomingdale, OH, Terry (Brenda) Spencer of Wintersville, OH, Cindy Spencer of Wintersville, OH and Andria (Elmer) Kinney of Wintersville, OH; brother Berne A. (Ruth) White, Jr. of Knoxville, OH; two sisters JoAnn Findlay of Wintersville, OH and Judith (Charles) Magee of Canton, OH; uncle Emerson (Leah) McGrew of Richmond, OH; ten grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. A private service was held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements entrusted to Dunlope – Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Rd., Wintersville. Burial at Fort Steuben. In lieu of flowers family requests donations be made to Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home.
