Joseph G. “Joe” Frantz, 91, of Steubenville, Ohio passed away Friday, March 15, 2019 at his residence. He was born March 25, 1927 in Pittsburgh, PA the son of the late Joseph G. & Florence E. Arensberg Frantz. He was a member of St. Stephens Episcopal Church and retired from Timet Corp. as the superintendent of transportation. Joe served in the Army during WWII. Joe is survived by his wife Marion L. Potts Frantz; son Joseph (Laura Foster) Frantz; daughter Karen (David) Teaff; and two grandchildren Adam Joseph Teaff & Abby (Scott) Tomlin. Private services. Burial at Mt. Lebanon (PA) Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Charity Hospice OR St. Stephens Church.
