What can I say? I am so sad to hear the news about Joey. He was a special person and so funny! One of my fondest memories of him was when we were all growing up on Mary Street. Beej and Mary,I was at your mom and dad's house, on the stoop of the back garage door, cleaning a bowl of cherries. (I don't know why!) Joey came and sat down next to me and we were talking (I must have been about 10). He picked up one of the cherries that had a deep fold in it, and said, "Doesn't this look like a butt?" And that was Joey. Always smiling, friendly, and a terrific guy. He will be missed. My deepest sympathies to your entire family. Love, Debbie
