Obituary For John W. Phillips, Jr.

John W. Phillips, Jr., 81, of Shreveport, LA, formerly of Steubenville, Ohio passed away on December 22, 2022 in Shreveport, LA. He was born on February 22, 1941 in Steubenville, Ohio a son of the late John W. & Elizabeth Phillips Jr. John is survived by his wife Donna Phillips.

A memorial service to celebrate John’s life is being planned for a later date.
