I was so sad to learn about your passing. You were always the kind of guy that didn't express a lot of vulnerability or fear you had even with everything you were going through. You always had that hilariously blunt and sarcastic sense of humor that made me laugh loudly. I will miss you deeply, you have impacted the life of my family in a way that will never be forgotten. May you finally rest in eternal peace. You've fought hard, now you rest and will forever be in our hearts and prayers. Sending my condolences to the rest of the family as well from my family.

From the moment I met John, I knew he was one of a kind. The most cool, calm, collected, and most intelligent individual I've ever had the pleasure of being around. You left your mark young man. Rest in Paradise! 🙏🏿

I'm so sorry to hear of John's passing. We traded messages sparatically over the years until losing touch more the last couple. Few people could battle what he has for as long as he did and he won that battle because he did not let it impact how and the manner in which he lived. Condolences to you Kathy, Don, and Kara. Keeping you in thoughts from far away.
