John M. Kuczykowski, 70, of Steubenville, Ohio passed away Monday, July 24, 2017 at Valley Hospice. He was born November 7, 1946 in Steubenville the son of the late Casimir Cook (Kuczykowski) & Agnes Michalak Kuczykowski. He was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church; American Legion Argonne Post 33; and Weirton Steel 25 Year Club. John was a retired welder/lay-out designer for Weirton Steel Co. and served in US Air Force during the Viet Nam War. He also was a carrier for the Herald Star and a greeter at the Steubenville Walmart
John is survived by his wife Linda L. Mellott Kuczykowski; son Luke (Tara) Kuczykowski; daughter Lea (Ronald) Harding; and will be missed by his loving grandchildren and canine companion Brutus.
Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville on Wednesday 2-4 & 6-8 p.m.
Funeral liturgy with mass 10 a.m. Thursday at Holy Family Catholic Church with Msgr. Gerald E. Calovini officiating. Burial at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
Vigil service 3:45 p.m. Wednesday

I am so very sorry for your loss. Please find comfort in God's sure promise of a resurrection as set forth in the Bible. (Acts 24:15; John 5:28,29) Those who are raised to life will have the prospect of never again being subject to misery, sickness, or death.
